Onboarding wizard β 7 steps
1
Active productions
Select the production types running in your factory (Offset, Flexo Flexible, Flexo Labels, etc.). At least 1 production is required.
2
Finishings
For each production, tick the available finishings: lamination, slitting, rotary die-cutting, folding/gluing, film laminating, and more.
3
Machines
Add your machines with brand, max speed, max colors, max web width. Assign inline or offline finishings.
4
Initial stock
Create your catalog: rolls, cylinders, inks, papers. You can add items without quantities and complete them later.
5
Plate making
In-house or external. If external: main supplier, order email, standard production lead time.
6
Currency
Choose your working currency (MAD, EUR, DZD, XOFβ¦) and exchange rate. This setting is irreversible.
7
Users
Create your team members with their role and assigned productions. Each user receives an invitation email.
π First login
Change your password and enable two-factor authentication. Automatic redirect to the wizard.
π― First job
Wizard complete (7/7) β the sales rep creates the first job: client β product β imposition β quote + proof sent.
Production
Production workflow
11 connected steps from briefing to archive. Every transition is tracked and triggers notifications to the right people.
HP Indigo, Xerox. Multi-product ganging on the same sheet, offline cutting, no machine wash-up.
Common flexo rule: height gap = absolute zero
The cylinder circumference must be an exact multiple of the track height (Β±1 mm tolerance). FlexoPilot automatically selects the optimal cylinder from your stock and blocks incompatible jobs.
Planner
Planning & Gantt
The planner's workspace β 5 integrated tools to place jobs, anticipate blockers and generate the official Job Tickets.
M1
M2
M3
Machine Gantt
π Machine Gantt
Main view: horizontal axis = time, vertical axis = machines. Jobs = blocks colored by production type. Drag & drop, "now" line, day/week views.
π Job queue
Approved jobs (quote + proof) not yet scheduled. Sorted by urgency and delivery date. Drag directly onto the Gantt.
β‘ Machine load
Load % per machine with a colored bar. Red alert above 85% β anticipate delays before they happen.
β οΈ Alerts & blockers
Winding direction unconfirmed, insufficient stock, plates not received, machine down β every alert has a direct action button.
Job Ticket PDF
One drag on the Gantt = a Job Ticket PDF generated and distributed to every actor: Prepress, Operator, QC, Warehouse, Sales, CEO.
π« Job Ticket contents
SVG imposition, selected cylinder, reserved materials, sequential finishings, traceability QR code, delivery date, winding direction, special instructions.
Key rule β the planner's role
The planner is the only person who can confirm the move to Prepress by generating the Job Ticket. Without a distributed Job Ticket, production does not start.
